TrueSparx Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Des Moines, IA and surrounding areas. All services are offered subject to availability. Prices, policies, and schedules may vary based on location, service type, and customer requirements.
2. Amendments & Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice, by posting the revised version on our Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We also reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without liability.
3. Restrictions on Use

Cancellations: Cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee (up to the full service cost).
6. Service Policies

Scheduling: We provide arrival windows, but exact times cannot be guaranteed.

Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no extra cost.

Supplies & Equipment: We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you request use of your own products, we are not responsible for any resulting damage.

Limitations: For safety, we do not:

Climb above a 2-step ladder.

Move items over 20 lbs.
-
Clean bio-hazardous materials (blood, feces, urine, vomit).

Handle firearms.
-
Use bleach (unless specifically requested, and we are not liable for damage).

7. Liability
TrueSparx Cleaning is bonded and insured. Any breakage or loss must be reported within 24 hours. Liability for damages is limited to verified claims.
We are not responsible for:

Unsecured pets.

Valuables not properly stored.

Circumstances beyond our control (weather, accidents, etc.).
8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, designs, and content on this Site belong to TrueSparx Cleaning or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Dispute Resolution
